PostKeep for iOS is licensed under Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, the standard terms that apply to apps bought through the App Store. You can read them at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
We have not written our own replacement, because Apple's covers what needs covering.
PostKeep is free to download. An optional Pro subscription is available monthly or annually. Payment is taken by Apple, renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and is managed in your iPhone's Settings under Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple — see Support.
Cancelling never deletes anything. Your saved posts remain on your device.
PostKeep is a tool for keeping your own copy of things you have seen. It does not grant you rights over that content. Posts you save generally remain the copyright of whoever created them, and saving a copy for yourself is not the same as being free to republish it.
When you use the sharing features to send a post to someone, you are the one publishing it. Consider whether you have the right to, particularly for content that is private, confidential or someone else's work. We provide the tool; what you do with the output is down to you.
Your vault is stored on your device and encrypted with a key derived from your passphrase. We have no copy of the passphrase or the key. If you lose the passphrase and have no backup, the vault cannot be recovered by us or by anyone else. Keep a backup, and keep the passphrase somewhere safe.
PostKeep saves posts by fetching them from the platforms they are on. Those platforms change their sites, restrict access, and sometimes require a login. We cannot guarantee every post from every site will always be capturable, and changes on their side may stop something working that worked before.
